Answer

If you are having problems with your password:

  • Check to see if the Caps Lock button on your keyboard has been pressed - passwords are case sensitive.
  • If you entered the wrong password too many times, wait a few minutes then refresh the page and try again.
  • Click the link under "Login Issue?" to access password reset options. The self-serve reset will require you have a valid personal email or phone number on file - this can only be done once every two days.
  • If your password has passed the expiration deadline given in myHACC every 140 days, you will be unable to log in until you reset the password.

If you have forgotten your username:

  • Your username is the first part of your email address (before the @ sign).
  • If you do not know your email, contact the Welcome Center or visit the HACC ID and Password page for next steps.

If you are having trouble with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

  • Be sure you are entering the correct code within the time limit.
  • Visit our Knowledge Base for more information and other troubleshooting advice.
