To request a librarian for your class, please fill out the Instruction Request Form.

Instruction Request Form
Use this form to request collaboration with librarians for your on-campus class. Please submit one form for each CRN a minimum of one week prior to your requested date of instruction.

Ensuring Successful Collaboration

When possible, please make your request at least 7 days in advance so that the librarian will be able to create customized materials geared towards your course and assignment.
Multiple sessions may be needed when asking the librarian to cover large amounts of information. Communicate with the librarian about the amount of time needed to cover the topics requested.
Students often have questions that directly relate to the grading and requirements of the assignment (acceptability of a topic or resource). Please be available during the session to answer these questions.
Provide your colleague with a copy of the assignment and examples of topics being researched by your students when possible.
