FAQ Question

To prepare for your session:

  • Bring all necessary class items. These include textbook, assignment, calculator, notes, handouts, flash drive and your own work.
  • Write down specific questions ahead of time.
  • Know your HACC ID or your Hawk email prefix. The tutor will ask for one of these at each visit.
  • Try to come a few days before the assignment is due.
  • Be an active participant during the tutoring sessions by taking notes and ask questions.
  • Complete the assignment to the best of your ability before meeting with a tutor.
