Q. How long does it take to get something via Interlibrary Loan?

• ILL books and materials can take 5 to 10 business days to arrive.
• Journal articles usually arrive within three days.

Delivery time is dependent on the library sending the material, the availability of the requested material and the accuracy of your request. 

• If you requested an article or book chapter, the material will be available from your Tipasa account for 30 days or 5 views, whichever comes first. Print or save the article to access it beyond these limits.

• If you requested a book, you will receive an automated email to your HawkMail when it is available for pickup.
